In a recent survey 55% of the tenants of Idlewells Shopping Centre rated the cleanliness of our Mall area as good and 25% considered it excellent. In the same survey 63% rated cleaning staff responsiveness as good and 21% considered it excellent. We are very proud of the cleaning staff provided by Newmans Services and they constantly perform to a high standard.

Newmans Services have for several years provided cleaning and landscaping services to several Tesco owned sites which are managed by Donaldsons PM The sites are Retail Parks which have a heavy flow of traffic. Newmans have been able to carry out their services without causing disruption to the stores trading, their staff are conscientious and courteous.
N and S Group have provided an effective winter maintenance programme successfully and reliably for Ground Control for many years. We expect to continue using their high levels of reactive and proactive services to provide our clients with superbly efficient snow clearing and gritting across the south Yorkshire area.

In conjunction with the Office of the Deputy Prime Ministers Decent Homes 2010 initiative Newmans Services is delivering the final internal property clean and external power clean as well as garden tidy up. This work is to be undertaken prior to the client arriving to occupy the house. This is after all maintenance has been completed (kitchens and bathrooms) and ensures that the residents see their new home in its very best light ensuring that Bramall Construction Group get a tick in the box confirming that the residents' expectations have not only been met but surpassed. This ensures that Bramall Construction Group retain their star rating on the Decent Homes 2010 initiative.
